A graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, he started his career in Recruitment with a HR Consultancy firm in Mumbai. Young, ambitious and motivated to become an Entrepreneur, he started SeaLink Associates in 2008 with a single client and today SeaLink Associates manages and assists over 25 reputed ship owners, ship managers and Trading firms in their recruitment needs.

A graduate in Management Studies, he started his career with WNS – a leading IT Recruitment Firm based in Mumbai and was handling IT Recruitment for various clients like Infosys, Hewlett Packard, and IBM for their offices in the US. He joined SeaLink Associates in February 2016 in the Talent Acquisition Team.
